Founded in 1989, ZHEJIANG CFMOTO POWER CO., LTD. has been engaged in developing, manufacturing, marketing and delivering reliable motorcycles, off-road vehicle, engines, frames, parts, apparels and accessories, which are distributed through more than 3000 dealers worldwide.
Having the origin in Hangzhou, China, CFMOTO has built a robust market share in over 100 countries and regions. Teamed up with more than 4800 employees, CFMOTO is committed to exploring riding fun together with over 100 million users all over the world.

1989
Where the dream began
In 1989, a father and his son began producing motorcycle parts in a small workshop in Wenzhou, China. This was the start of CFMOTO’s story.
1997
Develop the first liquid-cooled engine
In 1997, CFMOTO developed its first liquid-cooled engine,which proved the
capability for engine design,manufacture and development.
2005
Launch the first ATV in EICMA
In 2005,CFMOTO attended EICMA for the first time, and launched its first ATV, becoming the first Chinese manufacturer that developed a 500cc ATV.
2021
CFMOTO_KTM Joint Venture factory puts into operation
In 2021, the Joint Venture Factory of CFMOTO-KTMR2R was put into operation, with and estimated annual output of 50,000 motorcycles.
2014
Launch 150NK in China
CFMOTO launched 150NK with new and fresh design, making a hit in Chinese motorcycle market.
2017
Set up CFMOTO-KTM joint venture
CFMOTO and KTM signed a new Joint Venture Agreement to set up CFMOTO-KTMR2R in Hangzhou,China.
2000
Launch the first liquid-cooled scooter
In 2000, CFMOTO launched its first liquid-cooled scooter and began export to overseas countries.
2007
Set up CFMOTO USA
CFMOTO USA was founded in Plymouth, Minnesota in 2007 to meet the demands of growing overseas market.
2017
List on Shanghai Stock Exchange
CFMOTO was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2017 with the stock code 603129.
2013
Start the cooperation with KTM
In 2013, CFMOTO became the exclusive distributor and production and sales partner of KTM motorbikes in China.
2019
Launch Evolution A in EICMA
CFMOTO released its first futuristic all electric ATV concept called Evolution A at the 2019 EICMA. It is the next generation in CFMOTO ATV’s powered by an electric motor and drivetrain housed in an all-new chassis design.
2020
Launch sub-brand ZEEHO
In 2020, CFMOTO launched a new brand focusing on electric motorcycles called ZEEHO, and a concept scooter ZEEHO Concept.
2022
Enter moto 3 world championship
CFMOTO entered MOTO3™ World Championship with Prüstel GP Alliance as the only Chinese manufacture team.

Our factories
In Hangzhou, we have several factories producing engines, off-road vehicles, motorcycles and electric vehicles. In 2021, the total production of CFMOTO headquarters reached 280,000 vehicles.
In 2021, our factory in Thailand was put into operation, with an estimated annual output of 40,000 units. This is the beginning of overseas manufacturing for CFMOTO. More overseas factories are on the way to offer better experience to benefit our users all over the world.
